This is another gift from a good friend. This time the fanzine is "Nova Trek," published in 1990 by Helena Seabright. Here is a link to the Fanlore page for it:

This illustration was from a story about Chekov's encounter with a member of a Vulcan diplomatic party. Again, I was very happy to get a copy of this 'zine because I didn't get my original artwork back from the editor (which was sometimes the practice back in the day) and I had lost my contributor's copy.
