I had a lot of fun with Tez in ceremonial get-up *hehe*. :3 You will eventually get to know more about what is hinted at here, I will put bits and pieces of information about Itztli's past into the story here and there eventually. ^^

I would be afraid of an Aztec god to if they were real they make most of the other gods in mythology look like a petting zoo, as they have no issue with killing anyone, they are forces to be recorded with.
