Description
Okay so here it is as I promised. This reference sheet may be used by anybody. Wanna use it? Just, do it!
As refrence what I meant here is my version: link

It would make me very happy if you decide to use this reference sheet.
Though there are few thigns to be noted:
1. This can be used just for Bleach OCs, shinigami OCs specifically.
2. The little white rectangle is dedicated for your OC´s ID photo.
3. From options: Gotei 13/Onmitsukido/ Kido Corps, please choose fitted answer. (Same goes for the rest "choose from options" questions)
4. I think the ranking system should be similar so even if the OC is not part of Gotei 13, I think it´s applicable.
5. If the shinigami is part of one of the thirteen Squad, please paste the number/symbol into the squad number area.
6. When filling in the battle data, please be aware of the fact, that shinigami with more than 400 points are considered captain-level, the only one who seems to be exception is Zaraki Kenpachi with 390. (Due to his disability of Kido)
7. If you haven´t decided on seiyuu, there´s no need to answer this question.
8. If you feel bit intimidated by centimeters and kilograms, feel free to use foots and inches and pounds.
9. Have fun! ^^
