Sketched in oC with =Triggerd , and decided to just mess around with it on my free time.You know, the free time I should be using on other things. Like finishing my Siyo.
Oh well.

Oh, that is too cute, Ray. I am a big fan of Yoshi. He was the first dinosaur like character I loved to play with. The big nose and adorable look you know^^...
Oh, I think you shouldn't be to hard to yourself about the background. I saw lots of ways people did their backgrounds and I know it's not the grade of detail which make the pic appealing more. Also just a good looking pattern of ymbols and objects can fit very good as a background. Here I like the typical Yoshi's island flair and it reminds me of that colourbook design the game always has. Yoshi and Mario are nicely done. I really like the angle you show them coming from. Also the Yoshi eggs the flower and the secret cloud are really sweet parts in the pic. At least I like your nice shading and colouring. Yoshi shines with his light green coloured body and his smile can make you happy in no time. You did great. I want to play Yoshi's Island, again.(-^.=.^-)

Yeah, that big nose was always quite charming, I think it's made an excellent transition throughout the years as well.

If I were to say something critical about this piece, it'd probably be that the shading style here is VERY out of place, more fitting of a realistic landscape then of a children's book styled character. Plus the shading makes Yoshi look a bit demented rather then cute. The realistic approach on the other hand, fits very well, just the shading not to it.

Yeah, I had a feeling, though I'm limited on what I should have done with that. All I can say is lightening it more, I suppose, though I lightened it enough.

I remember back when I was a lot younger when this came out and I played it all the time.. Never lost any of that old love for it. You two did a great job with this picture, I especially love Yoshi's expression, it's purely adorable.

I just got done playing it myself again, on my iPod Touch lol. It certainly is a game worth playing.
