I was so wondering when you'd get around to finishing this picture. The coloring is very nice.

The line art and the shading are incredibly appealing, as are the highly animated and carefree poses the yoshies have going for them.
Curious, though - what tools did you use for the shading and the linearting? The linearting looks especially clean and snazzy.

Hehe, thanks much! The lineart was with Adobe Illustrator CS2. Mind, that was done like 9 months ago. All tapered lines I did manually by outlining the stroke and deleting some anchor points (before I had a tablet).
I then took that to Photoshop, where the shading was nothing more than the brush tool enclosed in certain areas contracted by the Magic Wand (and a little help of entering Quick Mask mode). I only had to use the color black on low opacity and Flow percentage for all of the shading except for the Goonie.
