This is a generic reference sheet/meme that I created so I have a reference for getting commissions. Yes there are similar OC memes, but I needed one that would work at printable dimensions so I could take them to cons.

Feel free to fill them in on your computer or print them out and fill them in. You can use these for your own commissions whether you are taking or getting them. This would work well for gaming or any other reason you might need a character reference sheet. I created it in black and white so it would be fine to print b&w or you are welcome to add color. Download for full size.

Explanation of boxes:
The upper left box is for a close-up of the character's face.
The middle box is for the character's name and the character's owner's name.
The two lower boxes are for a clothed and unclothed (or minimally dressed) full version of your character. I find it helpful to have a reference undressed to really know how the musculature and bone structure is beneath clothes. And of course you need a clothed version for reference of how the person dresses.

Explanation of fields:
The upper right section are the details most needed for an artist doing a commission and are pretty self-explanatory. I made a section for eyes, hair, and skin in case you fill it out in black and white and need those details to be known. I put body type as opposed to weight because weight is sometimes difficult to visualize as a number. "Additional Details" are for any visual details that you need listed. For example: character never smiles or character always has a blush to her face.

The lower left section are more personal details that a commissioning artist might not need, but you might want to include to give more of an idea of the character's personality. These are things that might inspire an idea for a picture but are not necessarily needed for someone to draw your character. "Additional Info" is for anything you feel is necessary that hasn't already been listed. You might use this section for commission details, such as if you want the character drawn in a certain pose or with a certain attitude or anything else that might be helpful to drawing your character.
