Yay, highly uncomfortable high fashion!

I've been on a kick lately, drawing gowns and such from the 1800s. While corsets and hoop skirts are probably a form of torture that should be banned in the Geneva convention, I do love the antiqued and intricate look of that century.

Also, in the fall semester, I will be assisting costume design of a production of 'The Contrast', and we will be doing at least mostly period designs. Meaning I have an excuse to research and practice! Yaay~!
