The girl has a cute design, cute hair, and a cool outfit. Kind of reminds me of a cross of Amy from Soul Calibur and a vocaloid. But her anatomy could use a little work-- her shoulders are almost non existent and the line on her breast is a little off. If she's not supposed to have large breasts, I'm not sure that line is even necessary. Plus, the outfit is baggy and wouldn't hug her chest enough to show the line connecting her chest to her armpit.
I would also make the bubble gum a different color (it blends in with her hair), and I would try to keep the light reflecting off of it harder and rounder. You used a soft brush that actually takes away from the pixel effect, when the light should look more like it does in her eyes.
Here's some pixel art I think is pretty good-- [link] Good anatomy, good use of pixels, nice hard colors, and a faint colored outline around the whole figure. I see that used a shading effect with your pic, but to me pixel art isn't really meant to do that, it's meant to have a hard look to it. Or, if you want to use it, you should use the fade-out look more sparingly, like in here [link] . This pic also uses the colored outline effect, and I think it looks really nice.
For the hair, white highlights, instead of the rough brush you used, would have been more effective. In fact, I think if you replaced the grainy brush work with sharper colors, and gave this pic an outline of some sort, it would greatly improve the quality. The girl is cute, I like the stars, but I don't think that the highlight effect works very well here.
Another suggestion you might try is working smaller-- after all, that's what pixel work is about e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="

Pixel art is HARD. I've only ever attempted it once, and I have it safely tucked away in my scraps, haha. [link] I originally had it in the Pixel Art section, but DA mods told me it somehow wasn't pixel art....

Pixel art is pretty hard. I have a friend who does it alot, And she told me it usually takes her four hours to do a full body pixel piece.

UTAU was made by Ayame as a Freeware-edition to Vocaloid so the poor peeps can do that too on a legal way
however the quality was bad at the start they kinda improved it so you could call it on par with Vocaloid
sure it's not but Ayame and the other UTAU-Producers dun't have like millions to spend
