These are just my doodley concept sketches for *Elera 's incredibly awesome super sentai story.

The short version is that she told me about this idea of hers and I started making this face
and have been making it ever since.
And I drew some sketches.
(why did it take me so long to post them, idk)
Look at all that empty wasted space. Pixels ain't free, you know.

One question, though: these were drawn and scanned, yes? How did you color them? *has been trying to find a good tutorial for MONTHS now on coloring scanned images without having to redo ALL the lineart when it's already been inked by hand*

Layers.
Scan your lineart, tidy it up as you please, set it as the topmost layer and change the layer setting to multiply. Now you can colour underneath your lineart.
You can do other tricks, like colouring the lineart and things, but that's more complicated and I don't play around with it often. There are some good tutorials around dA, though!

Pssst, there's also this method:
~Clean up your lines and copy them
~Go to the Channels tab
~Hit new layer and a layer called Alpha1 should pop up in there
~Paste your lines on this layer
~Ctrl+click on the layer. It should select your lines even if it doesn't look like it
~Go back to the Layers tab
~Make a new layer
~After making sure you have the right color for your lines hit alt+backspace and you're done.

Loving this entire concept, loving the outfit designs, loving the expressions and body language, loving the color choices, loving Mickey's seriousness with badass flowing cape, loving Minnie's adorableness, loving how all the outfits fit their characters, loving the action movement that flows easily, loving the dynamicu Mickey in flames with his eyes all glowing while being held onto his epic girl...
YES.
I need a cigarette after looking at pictures and concepts this good.
