Can you guess what's going on here?
The rest of the images I'll post along with the text. There are 4 renders in total.
In addition to this one, two more I'll post in my gallery.
Ignore Erúadan's cape .... ugh. It's terrible ... In the next image he will not be wearing it.
I will just say that the one in the middle is Galadriel the queen. Erúadan´s mom. Remember, elves don´t get old. 
( Well they don´t physically age after they reached maturity, but they do age in a different way than men.)
My story doesn't take place in Middle-earth, but it's inspired.

Lovely lighting and composition with this one. I'm not sure what's bugging you about the cloak, but
from what I can see it looks okay.

They kept mingling (I don´t know how to explain lol) on MD and it´s annoying when this happen. So I decided to do the back first and then the front. But it ended up full of holes in the front and I usually fix these defects during the postwork, but the situation of the cloak was so ugly that even closing the holes, it doesn´t looked very good in my opinion. lol

I haven't used MD myself yet but from what I have read and seen in videos it can be a
bit temperamental. Not to mention it makes some messy geometry that needs to be
fixed later. I really hope you get to the bottom of why the cloak was so difficult for you
to work with and you can make a cloak later that you're much happier with. It's all part
of the learning experience!

I absolutely love the lighting, Juliana. It definitely compliments the expressions and postures of the characters. With such a dimly lit room, I get the sense of caution and tension. Oddly enough, I don't have any 'too dark' issues.
And I have to say, Galadriel is gorgeous. She has a motherly and just look about her.

Thank you, Gen! Glad you liked! ^^ Yeah, night scenes always have this problem: Inevitably it will get darker for some people/friends. It's good to know that it's ok for you.
Oh I was kidding about the name "Galadriel".
It's because this is an old character made for V4 (yes, she's V4 XD) inspired by Galadriel from LOTR. I was too lazy to make an original character that will not show up very often and I decided to use her, but giving another name.

Aww .. =/ Here it's normal. It's not dark. Night scenes are difficult ... it can vary from monitor to monitor. It´s a pity.

The characters all look lovely here! 
The only thing I would or could suggest is maybe make it slightly lighter? Maybe it's my monitor or my poor eyesight, but I cannot see the top too well, and it just feels too dark to me. D: Granted, if there's not a lot of light, the poor lighting would make sense though, but I am just one that wishes to see things in more detail, I guess.
All and all, great piece!

Aww man.. =/ You're not the only one who found the scene too dark. It's not dark here. But that's why night scenes can be so trick. It may vary from monitor to monitor. I hope the other one is not too dark, as it is also a scene that happens at night.
And, at the moment, I'm making another image that is in a forest .... at night. lol I'll try not to make it too dark.
