Mmm....First time using a Negative layer on Open Canvas.
Worked better then I expected.
So yeah... Seras Victoria from Hellsing.
Which is one of my new favorite series. Hellsing Ultimate that is. I've yet to watch the regular series.
I'll post the video later mebe on youtube.
I kinda hate those vids cuz it makes it look like this took no effort at all. D:
The playback feature doesn't account for the countless hours I spent looking up refs, playing with colors, playing with settings, and just STARING at this pic wondering what I should do next. Nor does it account for how long I took to draw certain lines compared to others. Jeez it's such a pain. So yeah...

Don't bother with the Original Anime version, they character development was mixed up and doesn't follow the Manga at all, in which they butchered the story line. XD Stick with the Manga and OVAs.
