(thanks again to Czyrek for help with title)Had this pop into my head, and wanted to give it a shot. Design practice for fantasy stuff. I want to call this a matte painting...but I doubt I am using that term right. But no matter, I imagine this as if I am designing a new World of Warcraft location or something. (yay)
I feel the foliage could use a bit of work...perhaps do a study later on. The basic rock texture is from [link] , but is not it entirely. Everything else was done by hand.
Studied a bit of composition a bit, and used rules of thirds several times in this.

Thanks bro. ^^ And this is my first time in a while that I did clouds by hand. Used a chalk brush for them at different sizes and opacities if you were wondering.

Did ya know if you hold shift and drag down with the brush tool, you'll get a perfectly vertical line?
