Description
Something I did VERY quickly off the top of my head. Yeah, HUGE contrast. Sorry if it gives you a headache.
About 90 minutes work.

Yep, agreed! I love watching clouds too. I just wish I didn't live in the city so I can get a better view. I sometimes go driving our in the rural areas just to see them.

First off, I like the clouds, and the shading and texture you gave to Tem's wardrobe is rather astounding. Overall, it's a very tranquil scene.
I'm kind of confused on the shading of the mountains, though. I can't quite tell if the different levels of darkness are clouds moving by, or if they're supposed to create a sort of depth to the mountains' shape. Either way, they have rather solid edges. I'd think if they were clouds, the edges would be a but more blurry, since clouds themselves tend to be rather blurred.
And it's not a problem with this one, but skies tend to have contrast as well. Using a blue gradient for the sky could add more life to it, and lessen the need for so many clouds to give some variation in the skies. It could also help identify lightsources if source itself does not appear in the image.
