Lurking stalking creeping by,Lying in shadows, avoiding the light,
Following you from behind,
Becoming one with your mind,
You seem to be enjoying your day,
But not much longer I will say,
I follow your footsteps every inch,
Tailing you is such a cinch,
Not a shadow of fear on your mind,
Not a suspicion of what lurks behind,
I reach up, and dig under the flesh of your calf,
You look down at your loving cat.
