Oh, necropolis, city where the dead call home,
The place where all give what they owe,
think of all who in this place tarry,
free at last of the burdens they carried,
This city claims more "victems" every year,
Yes, woe unto those at peace and without fear,
Necropolis Necropolis, play your dirge for me,
A song of death and the everlasting peace,
Then the spirits begin to fly and swirl,
Bringing their chill touch upon this world,
but they are recalled as a grey figure come close,
An ominous man, wielding a reaper clothed in black robes,
He began to speak in a resonating tone,
That numbed me mind and soul,
"Iubes es, respondo. Teneotis vita manus,
habea manus ex, frendo, et nunc es nec."
As he closes his grim hand,
I cannot think or stand,
A sea darkness swallows me,
I try to blink but cannot see,
As my body fails my mind,
I see the peace i sought to find...
