Katherine Palosi is a very talented and beautiful seamstress who has been dating Arthur Wallace for over six years now. Like Wallace all her money is old money, but she still works as a seamstress and puts this away secretly to keep herself protected if something ever goes wrong in the country. She is very smart and professional, but because of this is sometimes cold toward those below her. Her ability to hold her tongue keeps her from having to deal with misunderstandings, however Nicholas finds this unhuman in a sense and prefers to hang around with Jade. Still Wallace can find no faults with her and often asks her to marry him more than once a week, but she always says no for unknown reasons.Katherine Palosi (c) *Tennessee11741

I really love her dress. It's very pretty. I know Nova mentioned the lace where her top skirt bunches which is a possibility. But given the time era, more likely it would have been gathered as you have drawn here. I'd make sure those lines on the top skirt go all the way to the bottom of that part of that skirt, but other than I think the folds you've done are great. I also know Nova mentioned a hat, but as she's not prone for them you might consider styling her hair up, or partially up. I don't believe it would have been very common for a woman, especially a higher class lady to leave her hair done like that. But just an idea, take it or leave it as you wish.
Another neat character design. She's very pretty. I like the shoes you've chosen for her. And I love her fan. She looks like she'd be very fun to draw.

Again very nice job. one thing you may consider (although not entirely necessary) is adding some strips of fabric or lace holding the upper layer of the skirt up where it bunches up. I say this because Alanna made a Skirt like this for our wedding (she made her own dress) and it had similar bunches like that which were held up by 2 strips of lace. just something to consider.
I love the design of the dress as a whole. extremely Victorian high society. You may also consider adding a hat to part of her wardrobe. Victorian ladies, especially wealthy ones, wore fancy hats as a symbol of status.
