Hahahah, Tensai, you're a dirty bastard^^ I scoured DA for some good pictures of Japan covered in snow for a wallpaper, and then I come to your gallery and find like a million fantastic pictures of Japan, and now it's just impossible to pick a wallpaper!

hahaha. If having tones of good pictures of Japan makes me a dirty bastard, then I will take that as a complement
Which one did you end up using?

I downloaded the firework one, the both ones of the snow covered Japanese castles and... can't remember... the one about your late friend, with the people walking up the stairs. Right now I'm using a watercolor drawing as background, but will return to your pictures evntually.

Beautiful image. I visited this place a few weeks ago as part of a school tour for students studying Japanese at my school. It looks amazing in this image with the snow and the gold together

Thats cool you got to visit Japan with your Japanese class. And ya, I personally think that Kinkakuji looks best in the snow for sure. In fall, with the changing of the leaves, it also looks cool, bt snow is the best.

Thanks

We almost jumped on the Shinkansen just for this shot.

When was this really taken? Your EXIF says 7:49PM on December 21, which certainly isn't possible. Was it during the day last Thursday?
