Finally we meet the sexy doctor's sexy wife.
I'll just tell you now: Charlie is about 1/4 machine. She accidently blew up most of her right side in a steam explosion back in the past (Literally...she's from the past) and she designed and built a new functioning arm and part of her leg for herself. Of course, as soon as she came to this time period she was able to re-do it with the new available technology with the help of Dr. Graff. Sheβs a genius engineer and builds many of the gadgets and things you will soon be seeing the G.I.P.s use.Page 10: [link]
