yes she is, but since most of ost is from the point of veiw of little mikey she hasnt appeared in the story yet. She has had dealings with the older turtles before, but mikey was too young to remember.  She comes in a long ways into Enter Kala.

oh well the cannon relationship isnt that bad, if you mean in the show.
But im refering to a fanfiction with them in it in which, they fall in love, but she gets hurt because of their enemies. (ie. the foot soldiers/kraang/other mutants) so Raphael makes her leave to protect her. Because its too dangerous for her to stay around him. very sad ;n;
