Wanted to try out a new coloring style so did a quick sketch of this angel character to experiment on. Pose referenced from a barbie doll... XDTo a friend I recently had a conversation with who said that it's quite immpossible to implement all 3 primary colors into a single color palette without creating a serious clash... Ha... What do you have to say to this!!!
Yeah, I did have my doubts when I was choosing my palette for this piece, picking colors from different ends of the color spectrum... but I think the final outcome works very well and doesn't clash at all. What do the rest of you think? I'd love to hear your comments. And yes, the title of this piece is a combination of 2 Phantom Of The Opera songs "Angel Of Music" & "Music Of The Night" ... it's what I had looping on my media player while I was drawing this piece...

Next time turn down the contrast a bit, the colors burn.

hehe... I know Angel of Music and Music of the Night............. but not one of this title.
Lovely colors. very vivid... and I think using primary colors don't clash at all, in fact, they go well together better than other combinations (except for those involving neutrals)

Wow! I love it! It attracted me from the Browse page! Can the colors get any more beautiful? I love everything about it! She seems so liquid yet metallic.
The ONLY thing I would comment on is her face. It seems a tiny bit off. I dunno, maybe her left eye is too big?
