Description
This is the third packaging illustration I painted for the Star Wars Miniatures: Legacy of the Force line.The size of the final piece is about 17" high.

Still one of my favorites, that red is so aggressive. The form, lighting and shadows are so strong, makes a bold impact. Stops me every time I see it.

This is beautiful in every way. I don't think it looks unbalanced, it just looks like she's walking and the "camera" happened to catch her that that moment. I'm not sure what the problem is. If you saw a person walking and caught them at an odd moment, you wouldn't say, "Hey, you're unbalanced!" But maybe I'm wrong.
(Although I doubt it LOL! 
Acrylics and oil? Hubba Hubba. I love that combination.
The anatomy on her back is stellar. I personally LOVE back anatomy. Wow and the colors. the red and black together doing a dance on her back. Even the green and yellow thingy-majig behind her is great. And the light and dark purple background? Ooooooooooooooooooooooh. Haaaaaah. So satisfying.

She's unbalanced, the light sabre is where her other leg should be... but for the sake of fantasy, she's on a light gravity world? Makes the floating turn make sense that way

Why would anyone rate this "Mad"? Was an actual Jedi perusing deviant art, and was offended at the depiction of a Sith?

The soft menace of this picture looks great. I love her expression, the fading around her feet, and the power of the force in her left hand as well as her lightaber really adds to the piece, as do her tattoos and the design around her head. Really well-executed and perfect, Terese.

This is an outstand work. I find the composition interesting. Her pose is tense the lightsaber stands out nicely from the background palette and the twist to her head really makes this a wonderfully laid out work.
