Oooh what to say about this wonderful woman. She and Catwoman were it for me when I was a kid (I was a little clepto >:3).Any other mastermind thief might say something like "Let's steal the Mona Lisa." Carmen would come along and say "Why not steal the Louvre?" Common thieves might think they've made the top if they get off with a few million dollars. A few million is pocket money to a woman who can steal the Grand Canyon, the Statue of Liberty, Tokyo Tower, and Ayers Rock among other things.
And the theme song to her cartoon was awesome. :B
