sometimes the expression on an old black labs face... makes me want to break down in tears... not sure if its because of the black lab mix that we had when I was a teen and of course he died a long time ago... or because of my Dad's shadow that was with my dad for over a decade (his name was Shadow) my Dad's best friend. If Shadow could not go, Dad did not go lol. When dad went to the store, Shadow waited in the truck. He died about 4 years ago. But he is still missed because everyone loved him. So everytime I see a photo of an old black lab it makes me sad..... but it could also be that sad droopy face and big dark brown eyes... those eyes say... I am sad, but I am loyal and I have lots of love to give. They should be on flyers for any animal rescue group.... donations would come flying in.

aww... I didn't mean to make you sad... labs just always have that look... I know that if animal groups used a photo like your picture here, donations would come flooding in... I mean who could turn down a face and eyes like that?? Only someone with a cold heart... or maybe someone who just didn't have the money, that would be my case. You must have a way with animals because you have some really great photos. the poses are perfect and its like the dogs posed for you, even their expressions. And I love the coloring and how the background is a little blurred so your eye is drawn right to the dog. Great work
