OMG!!! I almost had a heart attack!! O.O I am currently trying to make a story sort of like this (no ancient civilization or balloons tho) and I literally did a double take!! The story is supposed to kind of have a similar dreamy effect. Wow this is gorgious!!

The concept is really whimsical, the colors are gorgeous, and the "painterly" clouds look like a gorgeous puffy sea
