Description ~Lightning and Hope (Final Fantasy XIII).

My intention was to post this picture on New Year but I'm a little late, unfortunately.

Originally, I was thinking of adding fireworks in the background (maybe they're in Nautilus for a New Year festival?) but I figured fireworks alone wouldn't be technologically advanced enough for FFXIII. So I stayed with this winter-themed version, which is appropriate for the season.

Fireworks is okay, but it has to be in a giant dome looking globe thingie to fit FF13 xd

I like using faded colour since it maintains the traditional pencil art look and feel. As for some of the textures, the frosty effect around the edges happened by accident... but it looked interesting so I kept it. X]
