Wow. She really just screams 'sailor moon' lol. really nice work
here are a few tips: This is a sailor moon style drawing, right? I would suggest stretching her limbs and making her shoulder and chin pointier (is that even a word) to emphasize this more. Her eyes are really well done, and obviously your strength, so I would say that changing the color would really bring out your skill drawing them. Right now, the eyes are too close in color to the skin, making them blend together. Your background is really good, though. Her hand holding the scepter needs to have the fingers curled around it. Your coloring of her clothes is very good, but it makes it hard to understand where the light is coming from. I would make her nose point in the other direction so that you can use it to further indicate where she's looking (for some reason, the eyes seem to look approximately where the nose point, a lot of the time (not always))
It's a really nice drawing with good coloring that shows understanding of the subject

I admit it, I didn't think immediately to Sailor Senshi when I looked at it the first time, maybe for her race (absolutely NO RACISM intended). Only after reading the description I realized the eyes are indeed the same.
First of all, my compliments for the background and lightening, from the way her sceptre is hold, she seems coming out from a tunnel of clouds, like a descend from heaven. Her pose is also light and graceful, like she's floating towards the viewer. Great job for the details, firstly her hair, you can see clearly all of her curls. Also, the sceptre, and that sash around her waist is not simply done with different colours, is decorated.
The only thing I'd have to say is that her grip on the sceptre seems a bit weak, like only her thump is holding it: I realize if it would be a fist, some of the grace would be deminished, but a slight cure in her fingers would have been better, in my opinion. Also, you should make her ankle narrower, not too much, but just to show that it's not as wide as the rest of the leg

First, I love her design. I can see the Sailor Moon Influence clearly and that brings back a lot of good memories Her dress is chic, I like her belt, it looks like the belt of a kimono and the combination with the rest of the design of light fabric is interesting. The folds especially on the seam are done well! The colors are chosen well and fitting for a summer princess and the lighting from her staff looks great and you did a good job on the blending and adding texture to the background. I have to agree on the anatomy (always this big topic I know) and for this pose in particular - very elegant but -  you should look how weight shifting works when someone is standing. Except you wanted her to float, than everything's fine, but if not it looks like she is about to fall over. For simple poses from the front it always helped me just to look in a mirror and to do the pose myself

This looks realy magical! She is like a flying bottle spirit!
So leets start with the backround: I think you used a sponge or something to create this cloudy looking feelig. I love the colors they fit very well and that lighter area is perfect! It gives a great look to the whole picture!
Now the dress of the princess:
It fits great with the feeling here. The design is perfect! I think the shading is not always perfect especually on purple parts. I love the ting on her hip (don´t know how to call that) and the sleeves are great! Also the bracelets look realy metalic!
Her magic wand is realy detailed and the light is great! The hair are also well made.
I have to say the anatomy is not alwaiys right. I´m not perfect at anatomy too but I think you will get better with practice! Also her skincolor is kind of uneven..
Her face is well drawn and tells the person who is looking at her alot. I like the highlights in the eyes aswell. She looks realy happy.
So I think that´s all I can say about your amazing work. Don´t forget: Practise makes perfect! If you have any other questions just ask! I hope I could help you a bit.

The texture of the hair and the clothes are great. More shading is probably going to be more needed and some body proportions probably need to be fixed though.
