Her request was to have movie-verse Legolas in the woods so I drew him running through what may be a forest and he is greeting the trees he knows well. He is possibly near his home of Mirkwood; he is returning home after some journey or other during the days before the War of the Ring. I was contemplating basing it more on Orlando Bloom but obviously took many liberties with that, haha.

Still lots of cleanup to do with the lines and the colors, but this is it for the most part. Thanks for the commission - I hope you like it!

This really made me re-live my super serious obsession for Lord of the Rings (and Legolas of course). Almost makes me want to finish my stories. Almost.

Lol, my stories are so old (really they're like 7-9yrs old) and pretty Mary Sue-ish (in part to make fun of it but Mary Sue nonetheless). I feel like they're better locked away haha.

Very LotR based. Mostly AU. Some are set before, during, and after events of LotR. Usually tended to go LegolasXoc but somehow some of them didn't work out that way at all haha. It's like my brain was telling me "nooo! don't do it!"
