I'm using photoshop CS4. I'm downloading the trial version and sadly, mine's going to end in 7 days. xD I guess you could use any version of photoshop to color like that. I never use the older ones, so I don't really know what's the difference. xD I've only learned it for 3 weeks. So, I only just know the basics of the very basics. hehe. :3 hope that helps.
