Description The Central American Commonwealth was established by the United States of America following the Spanish-American War, and the American Conquest of Panama, as well as its taking Jamaica away from Great Britain over a trade dispute, in 1910, and expanded outward to form the shape of the large commonwealth in 1938 that we see now. It is composed of several district states, and several capitals, that ever since their population's submission from rebellion around the 1920s have pushed for statehood of the multiple states over and over again. The most recent district to almost make headway in getting statehood from congress was Cuba, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico. Unlike usual commonwealths, the Central American Commonwealth can't became a state altogether, its composed of multiple districts that need to individually become states, but other than that its repeated failed attempts at congress admitting its districts for statehood, its really like Australia, almost like an semi-autonomous state, which manages its own defense, economy, and industry with little to no assistance from the United States. In recent years there have been growing movements for the CCA, or CAC, to become an independent state, but this movements have never grown beyond 10,000 people within the commonwealth.

Do my eyes deceive me or is the Galapagos Islands part of the commonwealth as well?
