Always I wished to draw some military badass a-la diesel punk. I know, here there should be many mechanisms and details, but I am lazy today and it is difficult to draw if you have only mouse. So, we have it is.Now I answer questions which you could set:
1. Yes, I love bad military girls who have trouble with vision, lol
2. No, that guy in goggles hasn’t trouble with vision. I don’t know, why he’s so pissed. Probably, he had gone through some break-up with a chick
3. Also, I have no clue, who that smiling-like-Cheshire-cat guy. Probably, he is the Lord of that world. Probably, he only promotes the dentist
4. Sure, if you know Latin very well, you may tell about any mistake.

I can't exactly identify the key element that makes me like this (probably a combo of the steampower tech, retro look, badass uniforms, and overall military/conflict/invasion! look)
