What lurks under the bed?

Here's one of the first TG stories I ever wrote that was horror-themed. I kinda grew to hate it because of how much it sounded like a cross between a revenge fantasy and a poorly-written creepypasta (redundant, I know), both of which are my most hated kinds of internet fiction. Now I like it well enough. I was a little inspired by Bruce Coville and Al Sarrantonio's stories "There's nothing under the Bed" and "Under my Bed".

The pic by the way is of Avril Lavigne from a Worth1000 contest. I'd credit the original maker, but the site is down for me right now. I think she's supposed to be a witch, but she looks like a goblin cosplaying as Rogue. It was also what I used as my model for the Jenny Greenteeth sequence: terrortgs.deviantart.com/art/J…
