I have to disagree. Though it's not a big deal. I just felt like I could completely understand what happened without the effect. It didn't really enhance the action. Great page though!

Yes, it's true that the action could have stand without it and still get the point across but the after effect give you an idea of just how speedy and agile this character is. They use it on books like The Flash, Green Arrow, Avengers (Mainly Harkeye) and Batman to add that visual awe. Though you may not see it, that one little effect speaks loudly when it come to building up the characters capabilities. But hey, it's an opinion and we all have a right to one.

Well Jayla only has to last the three minutes, she doesn't have to actually win. If Jayla is smart, she'll use her speed and maneuverability to outwit Kelly.

well a ankle lock is a basic move and a head lock is plus she douse look like she has some experise otherwise she wouldnt of gone in ring for the challege right.
