My favorite Bleach bishie is Renji Abarai and my fabe girl charcter is Rangiku Matsumoto.

the problem is that the focal point of the light is not precise, is therefore a little trouble to know where it came from! If this detail is rectified, the drawing will be perfect ...

For me, the best way to evolve anything that's cheating! I look at drawings of people who are a little more talented than me and I Annalyse their drawings ... In the following I find someone alot stronger than me that I show my work to end it advises me (in private)! So far, it has worked pretty well.
