• History: Harley lived in Floaroma town with her family of 8. She was the middle child, having an older brother and sister and 3 younger siblings. Her brother was a rebel in his younger years, often dragging Harley into his trouble by trying to have her lie for him. As the innocent Skitty she was, she always kept his secrets, believing all the lies he'd tell her. Her sister often dressed her up in frilly clothing and used her as a model for the clothing she would design and make herself. Her mother stayed home and cared for the children, while her father worked long hours in the town next door. Harley helped her mother take care of the younger children when her older sister left to start a family of her own. Harley learned to cook, though she was never very good at it. She often cleaned, made her sibling's lunches, put them to bed, and tended to the garden. She also found her passion for writing when she would make up bed time stories, which she would tell the kids to help them fall asleep. Most of her life, the young Skitty was a pushover. Her friends and family all took advantage of this fact many times. After years of this, she grew to be a pretty, young Delcatty who thirsted for a life outside of Floaroma town. She was starting to tire of always doing what others asked and never doing what she wanted. She had made many sacrifices, causing her life to be rather dull and unexciting. Her mother expected her to become a simple housewife as she was. But Harley, for once, refused to agree with this. She didn't want to sit at home, doing the same chores and work she'd done for years already. To her, that would simply be wasting her life. Harley wanted to go out and make something of herself. She wanted to do something for herself for once. She planned to become an author one day, though she knew it would take time. When she turned 18, she left home, deciding it was finally her time to go out on her own. She heard of a town called Pokette and decided maybe that'd be a good place to make her start. So she headed there with high hopes.

• Hobby: Harley enjoys writing and reading novels and books alike. She also likes to sing and garden. She bakes a little but isn't very good at it.

• Job: Harley wants to be a writer but for now she is a simply waitress at a small diner in the city.
