Commission for . It's her in what is I suppose a new fashion statement which came out in Paris called Kawaii Anarchy. That's all I could find when I looked it up
Hairstyle, outfit, accessories are all to her specifications (hopefully!)I noticed that the style was primarily based upon pastel versions of the primary colors. So a lot of pinks, pale yellows, baby blues. Oh, and don't be too harsh on the kitty. It's my first time drawing a tabby

The kitty looks perfectly fine, I think. c: Really like the pastel colours you've used. I think some areas could use a more thorough shading, for example the legs and the bag - compared to the rest of the picture they look really flat.

Oh, thank you for pointing that out! I think I'll change it when I get home. I adjusted the colors to make them lighter so it washed some of the shading out. I forgot to reshade.
