Physical description: A strong, physically fit amazon of a woman. She has well defined muscles but is not overly muscular. She also has very nice curves. She has slightly longer than shoulder length sandy brown hair and brown eyes. Her alien physiology allows for rapid cellular reconstruction and regeneration - which as the specialists said - would allow her to never die of old age, and possibly live for 10,000 years.

Personality:       She is strong and confident as both a feminine woman and as a super heroine. She was the field commander of the super hero team that she is on sabbatical from. Andromeda is headstrong, and sometimes overly zealous, but can often back it up. She's not shy by any means and is proud of who she is and how she looks. When she was issued her bright red jumpsuit and was told that she was to wear it, she deemed it unflattering, so she removed one full sleeve and one full pants leg(at the rear) so her right arm is bare and her left leg & buttock are bare. The back of her outfit is half full leg suit and half thong. She's a total people person and can often come across as flirty, but if she's coming on to you, you'll know it cause she'll be kissing you and grabbing your ass(just ask Neutrino Bombshell) - when she knows what she wants, she goes for it no questions asked. While she is confident in every aspect of her life, the one thing that she feels so insecure about is her relationship with Neutrino Bombshell. She loves her with more than her soul, but she doesn't feel like she's good enough for Kathryn(Neutrino Bombshell). She is secretly worried that one day Kathryn will leave her, or that somehow she will lose Kathryn(either it be to a romantic rival or Kathryn will die) but you would never hear Andromeda voice those fears.

Backstory:        Most of Andromeda's real past - where she was born, what race she is, why is she on earth, are there more of her kind alive are all a mystery to her. Twelve years ago a middle aged astronomy enthusiast was outside watching a meteor shower whizzing by earth. He saw one of those asteroids plummet to earth nearby and he quickly drove his beat up pick-up truck to the area where he though he saw it hit. He was expecting to find maybe a small space rock to take back to his new bride as a trophy. Instead what he saw didn't fit the known laws of science. For the size of "rock" that he saw in the sky, by the time it hit the ground, what was left of it should have fit into his jeans pocket. Instead he was looking at a rock the same size of his truck. As he approached the "rock" he kept hearing a loud pulsing sound coming from inside. Those loud bangs were soon explained when he saw a fist punch through the skin of the rock. To his amazement it looked like a human hand. He quickly rushed over and started pulling and kicking on the shell to help whoever was trapped inside to escape. In a matter of seconds they had opened a hole large enough for the passenger to exit. As if this man hadn't seen enough miracles today, what he saw next really threw him for a loop. Out of this once thought of asteroid came lunging out a fully naked teenage girl. At least she looked like a teenage girl, who was now on top of him pinning him down and glaring into his eyes like a wild animal would do with a trespasser. Short sandy brown hair, big brown eyes two firm, bare 'C' cup breasts. He gulped real fast and shot his eyes back up to her face "Now that's what go you divorced the first time" he said to himself aloud. As soon as he spoke she had this look of shock on her face and she began to talk very very fast. But the problem was, he couldn't understand a darn thing she said. After much gesturing and soft talk(like you would talk to calm down a frazzled dog), the man was able to convince her than she didn't need to attack him, and that he was trying to help. Eventually he was able to convince her to get into his truck, wearing his shirt and he drove her back to his house. "My name's Richard, Richard Jones, but you can call me Rick." He said as he started the truck. About half way back to his house the girl, who hadn't said anything looked at him and said "Rick". This girl's a fast learner he thought to himself. In a matter of weeks, Rick and his wife Elanor had apparently done a fantastic job of teaching her English and after a few hours in front of a television, she was even acting like a human teenage girl - loud music, non stop talking, wanting $100 pair of jeans she would only wear once and so on. Rick and Elanor were now officially parents of a teenage daughter. A daughter that could fly, throw something against the wall, which then proceeded to tear through the wall and fly half way across town.

It was during her junior year at high school that she was "discovered" by the United States Pentagon. She didn't participate in any athletic or scholastic competitions as to avoid her uniqueness being spotted, but one day in the gym, when she thought she was by herself she was flying around the basketball court about 5 feet off the ground making impossible shots. The basketball coach had come back to his office that afternoon and saw what was going on. He reported it, and a long, long chain made short - withing 36 hours, the US Pentagon was knocking on the Jones' door. She was "volunteered" to join an elite group called Alpha Strike - a covert government backed team of super powered individuals tasked with protecting the USA. While working for Alpha Strike, Andrea was asked if she had a code name - she thought about her father's favorite past-times and remembered back to when he talked about the most beautiful sight in the sky - the Andromeda Galaxy. She simply said "Andromeda" and ever since that's what she goes by. It was during her time on Alpha Strike that she met who she defines as "the other half of my soul" - Neutrino Bombshell. And the two have been in an ever growing relationship ever since. While being a super hero and protecting the world was all well and good - it didn't pay the bills - and being taken out of school didn't leave her many options - until she tried her hand at modeling. Not surprising at all - she very rapidly excelled in the modeling and fashion world. Being built like an amazonian goddess surely didn't hurt. She is now an official lingerie and fashion model for a line of sexy and sensual lingerie company, where she goes by the same name. Andromeda. Although she is known as a super hero and a fashion model, she does an amazingly good job of blending in on the streets.  Seldom does someone run up to her and be all "I know you, I know you!" and she likes it that way. Recently Andromeda took an indefinite leave of absence from Alpha Strike along with Neutrino Bombshell and they both are looking for a place to call their own. Currently they are looking into purchasing a place to live in Sanctuary City's newest urban development district.

Powers:    Flight (cannot break orbit - and can only survive in a 0 atmosphere environment for 5 minutes)

                        Speed(can achieve up to Mach-1 but puts incredible strain on her and cannot sustain that speed for long time)

                        Invulnerability(impervious to almost all types of blades/ammunition, physical trauma)

                        Super Strength(can lift up to 150 tons without strain - 200 tons max)

                        Empath(can sense other peoples emotions, can influence them, and can share her emotions with others)

Weaknesses: Magic and certain type of energy blasts can harm her. Someone with similar or greater strength can also knock her around rather well.  Vacuum(no oxygen - after 5 minutes exposure to complete vacuum, she will pass out, another 2 minutes, and she will die)
