Well I don't have that much knowledge about asylums. However I saw some fanart about a good asylum fic, (I didn't read the fic but a lot of people seem to like it) they wear only the strip jacket. So I thought it was the case. (Plus I'm from the few people who like to draw Dib in dress. XD) Don't worry. I'm focusing on the mental hurt.
