I went and stole a quick glance at Pecchio's recent photographs, and if you hadn't mentioned it was inspired I would have credited the concept entirely to you because it's so firmly embedded in your photography style. I'm not sure what I'd call it, though for some reason 'stark' comes to mind first despite the fact that it's usually attached to a negative connotation. This image, although inspired as you say, holds true to your personal patterns very well, and I like that you can stick to them and still get the minimalistic feel of Pecchio's latest.
Also, the ripples of light at the top give it a very subterranean feeling, like you're looking up through an abnormally sanitary sewer grate. If you've ever read Neal Shusterman's Downsiders, you'll realize how well this captures that sort of perspective.

Tre bizzare... not sure what to say simply because I'm not exatly sure what I'm looking at. Something under water taken above water perhaps? Regardless, it's a magnificint piece since the content is so captivating and yet when you think about it, it really isn't that interesting (no offence). +fav

Nice, the ripples up top seem to add a nice bit of variation..but im not sure about the interference with the two grills. You couldnt have helped this really. Either way its mimimalism in its element, yet remains interesting to make you wonder "what the heck is that?"
Great shot.
