In the world of Radio Radio (or any world she is placed in), contrary to Earth beliefs, (apologies in advance) Mary is only the Queen of the Universe by name. The one you're looking for is J'nette (pronounced /j/ă+nĕ+tay), the Queen of the Universe. She resides in the Center of the Universe: the fixed point where the ever-expanding universe expands from since the Big Bang. In other words, J'nette is the oldest living creature in existance, even longer than Earth itself.
J'nette doesn't travel often. She doesn't need to: she can see all through her sceptre. Even when the people of a planet (mainly Earth) question the existence of "God", she doesn't intervene; instead breaking out the metaphorical popcorn. But, as I said, it's mainly because of her lack of interference that not many people (if at all) know about her. But that's not to say she doesn't welcome visitors: Todd met her once, and that's why I'm able to introduce her to you. Otherwise, the only people who keep her company are her fellow gods, the angels that serve them, and her many children.
