I loved this guy's character design the moment I saw him; I knew I would end up drawin' him eventually.It's Chancellor Cole from The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, for those of you not familiar with the character.
EDIT: I adjusted the color and shortened Cole's arm. It's still too long, but that's as short as I can get it without seriously warping the picture. If I ever get around to it, I may just redraw his whole body.
