Next Generation Pair: Teddy Remus Lupin x James Sirius Potter

I am in love with this pairing. They are quickly becoming my OTP. They work so well despite the age gap, in my opinion. And there is so much room for angst, fluff, memories, build up, secrets, lies, and so so so much love and adoration.

These two. I have no words. I've so many doodles of them scattered on my desk inside my room. -facepalm-

So today, I finally decided I'm going to do a drawing of them to satisfy myself. At first, I was colouring their clothes, and realized I had drawn Teddy in his Gryffindor uniform as well (fail), and had to re-sketch his outfit. Since James is around 16-17 in this picture, Teddy must be already 23-24. I've always imagined Teddy to have flamboyant/fashionable clothing once he was out of Hogwarts.

TeddyxJames doesn't get enough fandom love, and the fandom isn't very big (in my eyes). I read my way through all their fanfics in 2 nights. Sadlife. QQ

We're releasing the fanfics & art on June 4 (which is the set date, as far as I know there are no hiccups so they should still be posted on that date). Which means we'll get more fics to read (all of them are around 15,000 words, if not more, i'm pretty sure) <3

Aah, it's a pairing from the series Kuroko no Basuke (Aomine x Kuroko) <3... Their canon story gives me so much feels and asdfkldljdh. ; ~ ; They belong together, I swear to god. All the small nuances you can take from their relationship in canon is infinite material

Well, I have no direct fic recs right now, BUT! There is a TxJ BigBang going on at LiveJournal, and we're releasing our works on June 4. All of which are around 15,000 words, if not more! And there will be art released along with the fics as well. I am one of the artists, hahahaa. C: I'm going to go read those fics myself once they're all released since they sound quite good, and are brilliant additions to our fandom.

Hi there! Umm, these two are from the Harry Potter Series, Nextgen Epilogue. So they are characters from the "Next Generation" of the HP Universe. James is the eldest son of Harry and Teddy is the son of Remus Lupin (as well as Harry's Godson. <--Scandalous [notreally] and tension and angst that comes from that fact, making this pairing lovely. Lots of foundation to build from in fics.)

Unfortunately, TeddyxJames/Tames hasn't got a very big fandom at the moment. They're an obscure couple. What's nice right now is that there is a TeddyxJames bigbang going on currently on Livejournal! So when it's finished, our fanart + fanfics count will dramatically rise. o u o

For some reason, I always imagined Teddy's hair as this colour, kind of turquoise but leaning toward the green more rather than the blue (you're right, I see so many portrayals of Teddy with this striking blue hair that is simply that- blue ). I decided to give my two cents into his hair colour in the fandom, and now perhaps others can be inspired by the new turquoisey-green hue. <3

Ohmygoodness that sounds brilliant. I'm excited now. I found that the writers in the TeddyxJames fandom are very good for some reason or another. I loved around 85%-90% of the fics I read and they were all so detailed and such premium quality. Yay for our fanbase being so talented in literature.

That sounds like loads of fun. Some elbow grease required but it's Teddy and James, everything is worth those two. I will definitely give it a read/look, and talk to you more about it. (I think my heart is set on drawing for these fics already LOL) Are there deadlines in this...uh, event? Because I'm new to my highschool and workload, I'm having a struggle with adjusting and making new friends since I don't know anybody in my classes OTL....

I actually always imagined Teddy's hair to be brown or black naturally. xD but he's Teddy, so he changes it a lot. I think blue is just the easiest because it's the only "odd" colour on him mentioned in canon...? at any rate, I'd love for him to have more colours than that.

Yes they are! of all the fics I read about 85-90% of them made it onto my TxJ reclist so I have a list with all the best fics (in my opinion) to re-read all the time

I saw you signed up And yeah, the deadlines aren't until later this spring. and you don't even have to do anything until the end of March. I'm doing art for the TJBB as well. I'm of course also writing, but because we have soooo many writers and so few artists I decided my TxJ fic won't be part of the fest but just written and posted normally. As a mod I'd rather make sure all my writer participants get an artist for their fic... I hope high school works out for you <3

Ive read a fic where it mentioned him having purple hair, and I was thinking, "Me Gusta" if it is drawn/coloured correctly. (Perhaps I will do a deviation of it just to see if it works out). 8D

you should definitely do purple! I want purple hair so bad but it doesn't work with my complexion. same with blue. but i felt like a Teddy BAMF back when my hair was pink XD (even though it was Tonks' colour... Teddy would've rocked pink as well.)

Awww don't worry about being lost<3 the most important thing is just to join and watch the two communities so you don't miss anything important if it comes up.
I don't know if it'll be a mad rush.
