beautiful! i really love the light. oh, and here's a little fact for ya about the eiffel tower - it is illegal to sell night photos of it, but not day photos. i've always thought that was odd.... anyway, gorgeous photo

wish you hadn't told me that. now i ethically can't use it for anything. how can you copyright lights that just go up a tower, anyway?

Apparently it has something to do with the company that designed the lights copyrighting the design. I came in here to tell you the same thing when I saw it in your gallery, but I guess you already know.

Thanks for looking through my gallery . I'm not sure what i'm going to do with this picture. I'd like to make it available for print, but i know that's not right... i just don't know who to contact. any tips?

i don't know, i never really understood that myself. that's just what my french teacher told us (she used to live there) but as long as you don't sell them, i suppose it's ok. plus, i seriously doubt the french government would "come after you" lol. (sorry that response took so long! lol)

Beafutiful shot of the tower. Is it just me or does that pool seem to be slanted downward to the left..?

ya, i see what you're saying. i think that its just they angle of the shot and the way that the light hits it. could be a little bit of the lens' fault so that it skews the tower to be straight up and down and the ground to be slightly slanted up to the right. it was only the kit lens.
