FINALY a proper piece of art for my character Julius. It all started as a really good school doodle that I scanned and coloured directly upon, so much time you can save
title is what title is cause it killed livestream by being to big. >:

Good composition, good choice of colours and overall a very good piece of art. Shadow and lightning is very neatly put and works well to put the mood.
If i had to put a couple of pointers of where to improve, it would be to:
...work a little more with the hand, the fingers look fine, but there seems to be an unnatural long stretch from the wrist to where the fingers start.
...adding a bit more contrast at some places. Especially where the arm crossover the coat - it merges a bit because of weak outline.
The rough pencil-like outlines adds to the overall quiet, bit sorrowful(?) mood of piece.
Overall very good!

thank you very much for the critique! I shall keep all in mind! I do agree the hand is way to big, or long if you may say, but I felt sorry for my classmate who had to model for me and beside being way to big it did look good, so I kept it even though I knew it weren't correct (in other words I grew somewhat lazy?) 
the next time I should remember making stronger outlines and more contrast!

I guess we all do, and apart from the line being to long, I thought the hand looked really good and I couldn't really bring myself to erase it. I just called it a *cough* yaoi hand. we all know how they work lol.
I will go for contrast then. I shall work on that as much as I can

ohh that sounds good! I know how it is to watch to many groups and then drown in updates in your inbox, it is awful

before i ticked off the watching part of them i got about 10k updates a day... Now i'm back to "normal" - only getting updates from a few Danish groups and some big artists (*humon *TomPreston and so on )

you should! You can still keep people on friendlist without actually getting notifications of any kind. Just click the watch-button on their profile and un-tick all of the options (without clicking unwatch)
