Late Summer, Year 758 of the New Age
Windborne Territory, Eastern Part of River Raue

Since two weeks, Sedýl was wandering aimlessly around in the Windborne-Territory. It was the first time she was put completely on their own, away from her home. She wandered through unknown forests, saw strange rivers and occasionally she saw in the distance other Fawnlings. She always went out of their way with the words of her mentor in the head "Each herd has got its territory and wanderer as we are scared or even killed if we get too close."
It was the fear of other discovered or killed her which she drove forward. She doesn’t wanted to leave Baldur, especially to follow such a stupid wish was suicide. All the time he warned her, and now he sent her away. That was not his way.
Let's see how long I will survive.

Flashback (Hell yeah):
"You wanted to tell me something, right? This wish which you had told me recently,"asked Sedýl.
"You want it really know? If I will tell it to you, then you'll laugh at me for sure."
"No, Never! I swear on my life, I will do everything in my power possible to you to fulfill this wish!"
"Sed, you're already the only one who can fulfill this wish. Look at me. I am old and have nothing except this one spot landscape seen my whole life. I was dreaded of strangers and have always gone out of their way. I was afraid Sedýl."
Baldur seemed to look Sedýl in the soul. He looked serious, his light blue eyes rails Sedýl impale literally. Sedýl was a litte bit afraid.
"Before what?" She managed to say.
"Everything. At first it was just the longing for solitude. But eventually it was the habit to wander alone. The years passed. And now I am old. The only wish I ever had, was to explore outside to get to know other herds and maybe make friends."
He paused and looked down.
"I'm sorry that I always held you back when you wanted to explore this world. Sedýl, I want you to leave this place and get to know the world out there. Find friends. Maybe a herd. And if you want, only if you really want it, come home and tell me everything. Tell me about how wrong I was to stop you always. Tell me about how stupid I was to have never ventured away a step. Tell me about how different this world is out there."

-Flashback end-

There was a rustling that they ripped Sedýl off her thinking. A growl followed.
Sedýl it got to do with fear, quickly opened it to panic.
Now it's over, I'm as good as dead.
From the corner of her eye she took the beasts true. Several animals smaller than herself but with razor-sharp teeth bared crept around her, just waiting to jump her at the throat.
"Certainly I will die. But not here and not now. I have promised."
