the kaamoi are soft bodied animals that evolved from something analogous to a mollusc. Their civilization existed for 30000 years and began 100 million years before humans. They reached a 0.6 on the kardashev scale before annihilating themselves with nuclear war. All that remains untouched of their civilization is a satellite orbiting their planet.

Strevelkazti:

The strevelkazti are a non organic species that blur the lines of organism and machine. It is made of many microscopic nanobot "cells" and can reproduce. They considered themselves the true successors to the Kletebvacki who created them. their civilization lasted 50'000 years before they were wiped out in a genocide. the Strevelkazti went extinct 19 million years ago were a 2.3 on the kardashev scale.

Xeejelaans:

the Xeejelaans evolved from a flying animal that became flightless. the Xejelaans were wiped out by disease early in their history only reaching K0.2 or pre industrial conditions. This is seen a as a great tradgedy to the rest of the galactic community as they would have discovered space travel in time to be contemporaneous with the other major species.

Kletebvacki:

the Kletebvacki were the masters of this side of the galaxy before humanity, approximately 30 million years ago. They were expert geneticists and stellar engineers. The largest Kletebvacki civilization was the "empire of the black sphere" (possibly referring to a black hole), this civilization had a genocidal streak and wiped out a number of other species that it saw as a threat to their longevity. they were overthrown by a slave race they had made, the Strevelkazti.
