Description
A replacement robot master for a design I decided to take out at the last minute.BulbMan was one of many similarly designed robots built to test energy consumption. However, a freak accident destroyed the factory and nearly every copy, except him. Re purposed as a guard and Robot Master, Bulbman takes great pride in his survival of the incident as a testament to his strength. Truth is...it was no accident.
Bulbman is armed with two special arm blasters to perform his Bolt Spear, which comes in two functions; a quick but weak shot or several slow bursts.

he looks too similar to Bright Man.
How about redesign him to have LED light strips and he has a Strobe on top of his head.

There are much similarities to BrightMan other than a large bulb, and even then it's noticeably different. The original has that human shape, while Bulb here is basically a lightbulb with limbs.
Plus, I'm fond of his design, why would I go back and rework it?
