So, say someone wanted just a single character, fullbodied and such as a lineart, but this character was, a hexafusion of 3 characters, would that work out as a normal price single character or, something else?

That would be the single full body character price for lineart! Since I wouldn't have to do the hexafusion background or extra characters, it's not technically a hexafusion piece.
Though, the price would go up a bit since I would be designing a character instead of recreating an existing character.

So roughly speaking, for a lineart of a new character, it be what...$19 to $20? The $2 extra makes sense in that regard, but wouldn't know where else you'd wanna go with that~

Just wanna make sure I understand you right. You wanna pay for the four fusions linearts first, then pay the rest later when you can for the coloring. Right?
