on the right side of the page it has 'Thumb' and then :thumb188912548: if you put that in a journal it should work i'm not sure if you need a subscription though

You can't, well i guess you can, but it's meant to be used as a stamp not icon

Yes moving avatars Just i'd prefer it if you didn't use this stamp for your icon if you have an animated avater, i think you just upload it how you upload a normal on, otherwise you'd have to use a tutorial to make them, or commission/ask someone to make you one
