Shading and the final touches before adding some shake in After Effects. I bothered to do some cleanup and refining without recording, since the changes were so small you wouldn't notice.

Give it a shot. 
You'll need a copy of Photoshop CS3 Extended or better if you want to use the Animation Timeline and not be stuck with frames that don't have precise timing.
For me, it's a great way to achieve looks I wouldn't be able to get in other software (without crazy amounts of patience and effort), especially when teamed up with After Effects.
