But at least in SA2 and in Sonic Battle he was an actual character, with a character ark even :T
The only other iteration i liked was in Sonic Boom (the show) but there he was just fucking Vegeta.

I just wish they'll do the whole pillar thing and "Modern Sonic" will have his own series WITHOUT CLASSIC NOR OTHER STUPID GIMMICKS where Shadow can really thrive maybe as an unlockable alternate story or something.
